There are usually around 40-50 sales in Queensway Terrace North each year, not a huge amount, and this low number can also affect the percentage increase or decrease if a large number of high-end homes sell in One year, and vice versa. We do know that home prices here doubled in value in just 9 years, between 2000 and 2009, which is pretty quick. There were 7 years in the tabe above where this neighbourhood saw double digit price increases and only 2 years where we saw any significant decreases.
