Belair Heights is Home to approximately 2,500 people this neighbourhood is mostly residential single family homes with apartments located on Baseline Rd. It’s bounded by Agincourt Rd to the east, Navaho Dr to the west, north of Baseline Rd and south of the Queensway. For those who are active, there are a number of parks in and around the neighbourhood like Agincourt Park, Navaho Park, Ainsley Park and the Experimental Farm Pathway. It’s a short walk to amenities in College Sqaure, or a quick drive towards Baseline and Merivale will take you to the Meadowlands and Merivale Malls.

Kenson Park is located West of Pinecrest Creek, east of Woodroffe Avenue, north of Baseline Road and south of Highway 417. Primarily made up of residential homes. The NCC bike path is located near the area. College Square is located farther south of this neighbourhood with many amenities like Loblaws, Home Depot, Goodlife Fitness and restaurants. Schools in the neighbourhood include St. Daniel elementary school and Algonquin College

Commuting to other parts of the city by bus is easy with Baseline Station in close proximity. Serviced by OC Transpo with easy access to Highway 417. Students in Bel Air Heights can enroll at: , Agincourt Public School, J.H Putman Public, Woodroffe High School and Charlotte Lemieux French School.
