About Longfields, Barrhaven

Located within Barrhaven, the Longfields area is a family-oriented neighbourhood populated with mostly newer homes built in the late 1990s. This neighbourhood is loosely bordered by Fallowfield Road to the north, Greenbank Road to the west, Cresthaven Drive to the east, and the neighbourhoods of Rideaucrest and Woodroffe Estates to the south.

There are a number of home builders to choose from if wanting a newer home such as Phoenix Homes, Richcraft and Tartan Homes.

Although considered a family-oriented neighbourhood with its many parks, Woodroffe Estates also has some great local amenities and is close to the larger shopping centres located on Strandherd Drive, providing the best of both worlds.
