About Greystone Village

The Presentation Centre is on Main Street right before Saint Paul University. You can see all the renderings how the community will be laid out, complete with scale models that give you a good idea of what's going where. Traffic is reduced down to 1 Lane and 1 Way heading South only due to major construction on Main. (get used to it)!

Townhomes at Greystone

There are 6 townhome models to choose from, well, there were recently. On my last visit to the Sales Centre I found out what inventory had sold and what was left. From the 6 models, there are now only 3 styles to choose from. For all of the Townhomes at Greystone there will be a Joint Use Fee estimated at $121 monthly. Townhomes range from 1454 square feet up to 1787 square feet.

URBAN COLLECTION SINGLES

There are several Urban Collection single family detached homes being built at Greystone, starting at under $800,000 and up to just under $1.3 Million. The models are: The Inwood, The Chelsea, The Madison and The Gramercy. These Singles have a Joint Use Fee estimated at $181 per month. Sizes start at 1691 square feet and go up to 2162 square feet.

RIVERSIDE COLLECTION SINGLES

The Riverside Collection has 7 designs, some with 2nd floor options. The models include: The Churchill, The Clearwater, The Athabasca, The Rideau, The Mackenzie, The Columbia and The Nelson. Sizes start at 2576 square feet for The Churchill and up to 3398 square feet for the Nelson.These singles have a Fee for Joint Use estimated at $234 per month

BRANTWOOD COLLECTION SINGLES

The Brantwood collection has 6 designs, with One offering an Option. The models are: The Beckwith, The Concord (with option), The Centennial, The Hazel, The Riverdale and the Echo. Size starts at 2480 for the Echo and goes up to 2785 square feet for the Echo. Estimated Joint Use fee here is only $48 per month

The Terraces at Greystone

This is the name of the condo towers at the Greystone project. These condos will feature Quartz and Granite Counters, Hardwood, Stainless Steel appliances in designer kitchens, washer and dryers, Kayak Storage, Guest Suite, Fitness Centre, Yoga Studio, Grand Terrace, Party Room, all in a LEED Targetted building. Oh, did we mention, these are non-smoking buildings?

Condominiums at Greystone

There are going to be 23 different styles of Condo Apartments at Greystone in a couple of Lowrise Towers, starting at just under 600 sq. ft and up to almost 1800 sq. ft. There will be 1 bedrooms, 1 bedroom plus den's, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with den's.

Condo fees at Greystone will be 44 cents per sq. ft., Parking cost is $35,000 per spot and $43 per month as condo fees charge, Storage Lockers are free, Occupancy scheduled to start Fall of 2018, Property Taxes estimated for 1.2% of price.
