Taking a look at the pricing chart above, you can immediately see that the time it's taking for a condo to sell started to go up around the years 2012-2013 and in 2016 it has really spiked at 112 days for a condo to sell. It was also around the same time that you can see the prices of condos dropping for 2 or 3 years.
