About Carson Grove & Ogilvie Walk

The residential neighbourhoods of Carson Grove and Ogilvie are located in the east end of the city, bounded by Montreal Road to the north and Ogilvie Road to the south, the Aviation Parkway to the west and Blair Road to the east.

These areas usually sees about 65 home sales per year. There was a high of 110 sales in 2003 and a low of 50 in 2019. Home prices have increased in 17 of the last 20 years. Along with green space and access to parks there are homes to suit all types, from detached single-family to row housing and updated apartments.

Carson Grove was built in the early '70s by Campeau Corporation, named after an early settler, John Carson. The area was further expanded in the mid-'90s with CMHC's building of Carson Village.

The nearby Cardinal Glen neighbourhood, also known as Dunbarton Court, was built in the late 1980s and includes spacious, executive townhomes in a quiet area. Cardinal Glen borders the conservation area of the Beechwood Cemetery and the Notre Dame Cemetery to the south and is close to Richelieu Centre Community Hall and the Vanier Public Library.
