When you make an offer to purchase a home or condominium, you'll most likely make the offer conditional upon having the property inspected by a Qualified Home Inspector. We highly recommend that you do.
For around $500-$600 you get a professional opinion on all of the major elements of the home, like electrical, plumbing, furnace, hot water tank, foundation, roof and much more. You get a written report and maintenance schedule to keep and refer to.

Inspectors with RHI Membership. This is the highest level of accreditation.
