About Chateauneuf
Chateauneuf is located north of Innes Road, south of St. Joseph Blvd, west of Tenth Line Road and east of Orleans Blvd. Chateauneuf is a highly desirable community with quite a strong francophone population.
Home builders in this neighbourhood are Costain, Claridge, Minto, Monarch, and Macdonald. Mostly built in the 1980s, there are homes constructed in the 60s and 90s, so buyers can choose from updated, new and pretty much any configuration that suits, although homes are predominantly single detached or townhomes. The area is particularly good for those needing 3 or 4-bedroom homes.
There is easy access to two grocery stores including a specialty food store, two schools, and a large selection of recreational sites and facilities. Just a short walk away is the huge Place d'Orleans Shopping Centre and Shenkman Arts Centre.
Located just south of Highway 417, the northern boundary is St. Joseph Blvd. and the southern boundary Innes Road with access to amenities every conceivable amenity.
