Why should I sign up for listings, why aren't they here?

Oftentimes, these Multi family buildings do not appear on the MLS System, as they are held as pocket listings, or listed exclusively by One Brokerage. We keep in touch with all the agents who work in this field, and if they have a property listed they usually notify us.

Sometimes, the owners just don't want their Tenants to know that they are selling the property where they live, as they might have an agent looking for a buyer very discreetly.

We also notify them if we have a client looking for a particular type of property, and they can call on some owners they know who are thinking about selling, but not listed yet.
