Cardel have now worked through the logistics and approvals with the developer and the City of Ottawa on their pending lots in Kanata.

Although they have not yet received lot pricing, nor have they priced out their newest models slated for this development, interest has been so high, they have started accepting lot reservations/ deposits.

At this stage, reservations and deposits are fully refundable if you cannot secure the lot you really want.

The developer has advised us that lots will be available for permits in July 2008 with expected closings to start occuring in spring/summer 2009.
